Lena Dementieva, Nadya Petrova (beat Ivanovic), Dima Tursunov (beat Fognini) won today !
Tomorrow Dinara will play, Youzhny, Kuznetsova..

Dima Tursunov won the tournament in Eastbourne !
That's a first title so far this year for a Russian ! (man, I mean)
I hope he plays well in Wimbledon! Dima played very good, I missed him.

for giving one of the best ladies matches!!
Great Pity that Elena missed quite a
number of chances to win this match
which could have meant an all

Yep, as Elena said, she will see "that line" in her dream..on a M.P., she said she should have hit the ball down the line..
But, great play from both, and great effort from Lena - she was so-so close..

Sadly my favorite Russian won't be at Legg Mason, but we have so many other great ones like Andreev, Gabashvili, Kunitsyn, Tursunov and Youzhny. Russian overload-I love it!

Good day for the Russians today at US Open!
Misha Youzhny beat Matthew is 4 sets, Davidenko won in 3 sets.
Vera Zvonareva, Anna Chakvetadze, Lena Vesnina, Maria Kirilenko also won
We did lose Dima Tursunov though...  he lost to Giquel in 4 sets
